How long does it take to build my site?
It depends on the scope. A landing page can ship in 1 to 2 weeks, a standard brochure site in 3 to 5 weeks, and a custom application according to complexity. The exact timeline is in your quote.
What is included in the listed prices?
Each package (see Pricing) has a clear scope. Anything beyond that — an added blog, advanced SEO, multilingual, and so on — is treated as custom development and billed hourly at the $100/h reference rate.
Do I own my website?
Yes. At delivery, the site and its code are yours. You are not locked into a closed platform.
Can we agree on a payment schedule?
Yes. We can usually agree on a deposit to start and the balance at launch. Exact terms are spelled out in your quote.
Do you offer hosting and maintenance?
Yes, as an optional add-on to a website project: $149/month for managed hosting, backups, security, up to 2 hours of minor changes and uptime monitoring. Larger changes are billed hourly as needed.
